A friend recommended this book to me. I quite enjoyed Sedaris’ perspective and witty commentary of his life. I’ve also borrowed Holidays on Ice from the same friend and hope that it is also a very drole read.

This is the first David Sedaris book I have read. I always thought about getting his books, not sure what they were all about, but after hearing him read an excerpt on Letterman, I had to get this. I laughed a lot. Smiled a lot. I like his dry sense of humor. I am looking forward to his other books!

Don’t really like David Sedaris, but love his sister Amy, so I always read his book, hoping for a mention of her.
