Had the yummiest sandwhich tonight with Brie – take a baguette, put dijon mustard on it and then brie, turkey and green apples. Then bake the whole thing for 5-10 minutes, until the Brie is melty. Its good.

Tastes yum, smells yuk. Had a little mini-brie slice from M&S yesterday, with fresh baguette. Then made the mistake of putting the rind (I don’t like it!) and wrapper in the bin – and got up this morning to a smelly kitchen. Why does it smell like cabbage?!
