Steer clear!! Most brands produce soy milk that is made from non-fermented soy which is carcinogenic. Fermented soy is the beneficial soy, not unfermented soy.
Soy milk is great, if you don’t drink it alone. It’s the perfect replacement for milk in any recipe, though it does taste a bit dry. Essential for any vegan or other non-dairy consumer.
Foul, repugnant, smelly…did I mention foul? It tastes like watered-down Milk of Magnesia and has the same effect if you drink enough. The vanilla flavored is better, but that’s kind of like saying beetles taste better than roaches.
I have been having soya milk for about 2 years now,as for some reason cows milk doesn’t really agree with my stomach.
Although I do like chocolate!, I am tending to eat dark chocolate now.
