I can’t seem to stop eating Goya’s Pico de Gallo salsa. It’s like my taste buds have awoken after years of cheap mucky sweet fermented nasty salsa substitutions.

This is the first good salsa I’ve had since I was ten.

Basically this is just ground up chile peppers and salt, and in Mexico you can buy little paper cups of cut up fruit, cucumbers and jicama and you squeeze lime on it and sprinkle on the pico de gallo. I am addicted to it. I eat about a whole watermelon a week this way. LOL
