Oddly charismatic Tom Hardy plays an effective, king hell psychotic convict in a very disturbing theater-of-the-absurd biopic Bronson. The film, an arty (fucked-up art, that is) take on the con Bronson’s beginnings and history, starts out serious and becomes sickeningly violent very quickly. There’s very black humor at play here which becomes unwatchable at times – not to mention the mad, catchy (misplaced?) tunes that makes one wonder… Consider yourself warned.
