One of the VERY BEST books I’ve ever read; If you ever feel that you can never make it in this world, READ THIS BOOK and see what these two African American sisters did DURING segregation; One was a dentist, the other taught high school and they lived to be over 100; Bessie died in 1995 at 104 and Sadie lived until January, 1999 at age 109; Their brothers and sisters all had advanced degrees and just reading about how things were back in the day and all makes this one interesting story;
