WORTH CONSUMING!
This is the wildest time-travel yarn I’ve read since Tim Powers’ The Anubis Gates. My only quibble is it was over too soon—but it would be hard to sustain a narrative like this much longer than it appears here.
This is a moving little hoop snake of a story that’s pretty hard to describe without spoiling things. Worth the time (after all, very little—I read it in one day) and definitely a welcome reprint!!
