WORTH CONSUMING!
I’ve tried it on a few things here and there and I actually liked it. I’ll buy small jars of it for perogies or veggie dogs.

This is another thing I would never try when I was younger because the name “sounded disgusting.” I finally tried it about a month ago and it is really good! Smells odd, tastes GREAT

What would a Reuben sandwich be without meat?
Pretty darn good.

WORTH CONSUMING!
This was my first attempt at homemade sauerkraut. I stuffed two small shredded cabbages and some salt in a jar. I added about 3 Tbsp of salt for a quart of cabbage, but I tasted it today and I think that’s too much salt. Next time I’ll try 1.5.
