WORTH CONSUMING!
Recorded and released in 1963, Our Man In Paris represents Dexter Gordon’s time in France. Playing with two other ex-patriots in the city of lights, Gordon showcases his energy and creativity as an arranger. The entire album is a delight. The rereleased CD includes two non-LP tracks (Our Love is Here to Stay and Like Someone In Love). Neither of these tracks, however, add to the album. The original five tunes are stellar all on their own!
