I really enjoyed this book. It’s short and sweet and funny. Sarah Ellis is a wonderful writer—I read her books when I was a kid and loved them. I’m happy to see she is still writing (and winning Governor-General’s Awards).

Jack is a harmless maverick who loves words and ideas—his adventures were surprisingly delightful.
