Why I recommend this — 3 years ago
WORTH CONSUMING!
Maybe you have to reach a certain age to appreciate this little book… certainly I’m nowhere near the protagonist’s age, but I still relished it’s tone and humor and even its little sadnesses. Once more, Gabriel Garcia Marquez leaves me breathless. More of a long short story than a novel, really. A quick, delicious read.
