i tried a new style of ribs last night: i did a dry rub, baked and then finished them on the grill (ok technically the husband finished them on the grill). the dry rub was fantastic and easy: light brown sugar, paprika, kosher salt, pepper and garlic salt. rubbed that on both sides of the slab (after cutting off some extra fat), baked at 350 for about an hour. after an hour i pulled the ribs out, slathered them with some famous dave’s rich and sassy sauce and the husband finished with about fifteen minutes on the grill. absolutely fantastic and very easy.
