The reissue of I Do Not Want What I Haven’t Got is a must have for Sinead fans. Since there could be no improvement made on the original album, it has only been digitally remastered. The effect is that the songs sound slightly louder. The bonus disk of b-sides and unreleased tracks is somewhat uneven. A few tracks sound like they would make a better accompaniment to Am I Not Your Girl? But Sinead’s covers of Night Nurse and Mind Games (both produced by Daniel Lanois) sound contemporary and ready for radio play now.
