WORTH CONSUMING!
I’ve only ever been a moderate Regina Spektor fan. For me Fiona Apple is a much more interesting, better songwriter. This follow-up to Begin To Hope is fair and well-produced. I tend to like the peppier songs like “Folding Chair,” “The Calculation,” and “Two Birds.” But Spektor is most engaging on the weird “Machine” and serious “Laughing With.”
