WORTH CONSUMING!
If you’re already a Simon fan, it’s worth hearing his debut. Besides the two solid hits (“Mother and Child Reunion” and “Me and Julio Down by the Schoolyard”), “Duncan” and “Congratulations” connect. The ones in between are decent with “Everything Put Together Falls Apart” and “Armistice Day” being the clunkers.
If you’re new to him, try the nice hits collection NEGOTIATIONS AND LOVE SONGS first and move on to GRACELAND and RHYTHM OF THE SAINTS.
