WORTH CONSUMING!
Tastes very similar to beef, and way, way leaner!
I paid $5.04 for a pound of ground buffalo, which made four burger patties. I mixed olive oil into it, and seasoned them with seasoned salt, lemon pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. They were done in five minutes on the Foreman grill. Delicious!
Just beware: It cooks way faster than beef does.
