Watched eps 89-92 on Thursday & Friday night. Happily, this disk does NOT end with a cliff hanger. The T’Pol & Trip subplot continues to entertain. Not enough background on Reed’s involvement with whatever mysterious intelligence group that created such a conflict for him.

Interestingly, though, the lies of the Klingons’ to mysterious Harris regarding cooperation are echoed in Phlox’s lie regarding his work. And Harris presents a happy face at the end, although it could have all turned out terribly with the Klingons’ deception…. Ah, more politics. Pity that won’t develop….

Slowly getting episodes disks through Netflix. Finished the disk with episodes 85-88 on Feb 28. Yet another cliff hanger with “Babel One;” a nice homage to TOS. I have to admit that the long story lines with multiple story arcs carried across episodes - contemporary TV story-telling - is far more engaging than TOS. I really like Enterprise.

And “Babel One,” with yet another with Trip & Reed stuck in a dire straits, makes reference to a brief bit of dialogue from several seasons previous - just after Christine and i mutter about that dialogue - ah, the scriptwriters write for us!

I guess that’s why it’s gone now.
