I love how they used colour in this movie. The women’s ball gowns just popped up against the greyish black backdrops. Broderick’s producer dream sequence was neat in how the dancing girls appeared and brought him out of his office. The accounting office was very funny – Japanese/classroom style office layout. The choreography was superb. The dancing lined up with the beat of the music. I loved the pinks and fushias at the Worst Director’s house.

Broderick’s absolutely unbelievable and annoying with his ridiculous idiosyncracies (i.e. a blanket he’s had since he was a tot and keeps with him for security) and everything’s played WAY too broad. Stick with the Mel Brooks original…
