I tried Es Cargo on a cruise ship one time because I was feeling daring, and it was actually pretty good. Once I got past picturing little snails crawling around on the table, it actually didn’t have a bad taste. I know that part of that is because it was prepared well… some of the bites were a little squeaky, which was weird. Given the opportunity, I probably wouldn’t eat it again, but it was definatley worth the experience.
