ok, so, for the longest time i was anti-ipod. everyone had them…everyone hailed them as the mp3 player…the term ipod became gerneric for just about any mp3 player…notto mention the ipod software on the unit really crippled it.

so along comes rockbox….and support for the 5g…and i bit. so now my wonderfully hacked ipod works the way i want it, does more than it did out of box and has made me very very happy as now i can tune the rest of the world out.

keeps my ears full of good music when i’m at work and on the road. so much better than what they subject us on the radio. i’ve also started loading movies onto it and watch/listen to them while at work as well.

I listen to my iPod all day, every day. All day at my desk and then I go home and plug into speakers while I putter around the house. Bring on the music!!
