After I had the incredibly sublime pleasure of experiencing Alinea last year I pre-ordered this book. Yesterday it arrived in all it’s special slip covered and personally signed by Grant Achatz and team glory. The photos are glossy the ingredients are unfamiliar and the recipes are daunting. I am having a blast savoring each page and description and remembering the tastes and feel of that meal last fall.
