A story about this — 50 weeks ago
The smell was, I think, exactly the same as the Sunnyside bubble bar, which I do like. And this is 50p cheaper, which sounds good – I did say at the time that I’d love it if they made a non-glittery, more affordable version of the citrusy, uplifting Sunnyside!
However – and it’s a big’un – there are some nasty little bits in the Gold Star: gold stars! They looked very very pretty forming a constallation on the bottom of my tub, with a very small amount of swirling glitter in the water adding to the galaxy effect. But my gawd are they uncomfy to sit on!! And I did. And there’s one jagging into my leg. And just ow :( I might be tempted again, but only if I strain it!
Final word of warning: I did actually hurt myself on one of the stars as I tried to crumble it into the bath, as the bar was quite hard and needed a bit of force to crumble – a bit of force straight into a sharp bit of plastic. Sigh.
