The Thorn Birds by Colleen McCullough — 2 years ago

Following three generations of the Cleary family, this is an incredibly epic and beautiful story of love and tragedy. Admittedly I couldn’t stand to even complete (or hardly start) the made for t.v. miniseries but the book is nonetheless a timeless and fantastically written novel. It comes highly recommended!

WORTH CONSUMING!

The first and only time that I fell in love with a man of the cloth. I first watched the made for T.V. mini series at about age 6 and read the book years later. Love the story. I always feel like the author got tired of writing and quit on the ending- but epic story regardless.
