Such a hard, sad, tragic movie. I don’t know how closely this movie actually mirrored the life of Aileen Wuornos, but this is one of those movies that hurts to watch. Like Reqiuem for a Dream, it reminds you of the horrible things that happen to people and the horrible things that people do to get by.

I have marked this as “not worth consuming” for the simple fact that it is a remake of a Lifetime movie, which is almost exactly word-for-word the same. I like the movie as a movie, but I don’t like that they took a lesser-known film and put big actresses in it to make it sell.
