This is an ambitious film on the ground of the vast amount of cgi alone. Unfortunately it seems that the graphics was all the money went toward, and even then is was the texture maping and not the kinetics. The characters moved like they were poorly controlled meat puppets.

To be honest I couldn’t get through the whole thing. The dialogue, the narrator, the writing; it was all, in a word, bad.

I’m really not sure what to think about this.

Though it seems trashy most of the time and there’s a lot in the story I didn’t understand, it was visually interesting enough to make me watch it until the end.

An interesting experiment that still does not reach the level of the graphic novels it is based on.
