this was my least favorite of the series. after a huge cliff hanger at the end of book 11 i was eager to delve right into this one. when that was resolved i found this book too preachy. i figured it would be a tad preachy, it was the end of the series and jesus was coming but it was basically all bible verses. i was not a fan. i did like the interaction between carpathia and lucifer when he emerged from his body in solomon’s stables, and was quite fond of the final judgments between jesus and everyone; lucifer, carpathia, fortunato, the demon creatures, and even the tribulation saints of old and new.
