I thought I’d left it too long to watch this, after the series ended – and ended on a horrible cliff-hanger, at that! This tidy-up of all things John Crichton and Moya et al is a little confusing as it throws you back into the action, but stick with it as there is a bit of recapping about 10-15 minutes in.

Even then, it took me a few viewing session to find myself totally re-captured in the Farscape tale, and oh what an ending! With plenty of action and drama, all the loose ends are tied up. Almost enough to forgive the sudden cancellation. Almost.

i loved it! i keep searching for someone at work that watched farscape/seen the peacekeeper wars but to no avail. i so want to talk about this with someone. i loved how everything was tied up. there was ample action and i thought the connection between aeryun and chricton was better than ever. major characters die, which made me cry, then feel silly for crying. scorpius was wonderful as usual and the scarrans still give me the creeps. a must-see for anyone who even remotely enjoyed the series. now to convert dollars to pounds so i can get the complete series box set.

Although this concluding miniseries seems to cram too much into its three hour running time, it is a worthy end to an excellent series. One can only imagine how a fifth season could have excelled at telling this story over twenty episodes rather than four. Although it seems rushed, the last five minutes make it all forgivable and any fan should feel satisfied by the end of this tale – although still longing for further adventures should they be filmed.
