This is a great read, its even better listening to it in audio format It really gives you a smack in the face and puts alot of things in perspective. Definetly a must read for anyone in any type of leadership position.

This is a great book about perspectives of life. Too often we think that it’s all about us when in reality it’s all about God. This isn’t our story. It’s our part in God’s story. It’s a story too magnificent and too grand for us to comprehend, but once we enter eternity we will finally see, as a painted tapestry rolled out before us, how our little plotline fits in to the overall master scheme and plot. And then we will finally be able to understand how our triumphs, losses, happinesses, sadnesses, and every other circumstance was working out to progress the story and, in reality, benefit us.
