This book just wasn’t written well enough for me to stay interested in it… too amateurish! Plus I find that a lot of the sentences are confusing – like while trying to insert an off-topic thought mid-sentence, she isn’t clear about whether the second half of the original sentence goes with the first half, or the off-topic thought. I’ve gotten to page 55, and I’m still not invested in any of the characters. I find myself thinking “yeah right” and “who cares”... so onto the next. I’m sure I’ll like Hilary’s other book more!
