This movie is quirky and cute. I watched it many times growing up and I love that my parents still exclaim, “Hooray, the phonebooks are here!!”

If you don’t “get” it, I don’t fault you for having a different sense of what funny is. But there is definitely humor here.

This has to be one of the worst movies I have ever seen. Truly awful.

The acting was poor. The story was weak. The humor was noticeably absent.

I just don’t understand why it consistently places as one of the best comedy films of all time.
