I think I would have enjoyed this book more and been able to stick to the plan if there were more recipes that were actually tasteful or even just edible. It was fairly easy to understand, though I had to laugh at some of the serving sizes: 10 cups of lettuce equals one carb. This book is probably more helpful in conjunction with another one by the same author. It doesn’t really stand on its own well, though is a quick read and introduction to the diet.
