A story about this — 3 years ago
This movie is one of my favorite movies of all times. I love how Bogdonavich uses close ups to tell the story because the faces he uses are so wonderful and powerful. I love Timothy Bottoms, he is beautiful, and his character I feel lives on and on. I wish there were more movies like this, there are no special effects, or witty banter, or shitty cliches it is just honest and sincere. Everytime I watch it I get something from it. It epitomizes the 70s film movement, of honest and personal story telling that was quickly corrupted by the mass marketing of film only a few years later.
