The first thing I noticed is that the package is TINY. But apparently there are 5 servings to it, and each serving is 30 crackers, which is pretty good. It’s relatively low in fat, but high in sodium, which is apparent in the taste. These are very salty, but they have a nice, bright cheddar taste. They’re like organic Cheez-its. I don’t know what anyone would gain from eating organic snack crackers, but these are okay. Pretty packaging, too.
