The idea behind “Phone Booth” is that Colin Farrel’s character can’t leave the phone booth he is in, or else he will be shot by a sniper. This means that the entire movie is filmed in one place. I thought this movie was worth watching once, simply because the constraint of filming the movie in one location leads to more character development and phychological exploration. But I would never watch this movie again, simply because Kiefer Sutherland’s voice is so irritating. And by the setup of the movie, he talks a LOT.

Great film. Felt very 24 in style and because of Kiefer.
Constraints can sometimes make a better story!

I didn’t like this movie at all. Reminds me of the Blair Witch Project only in a phone booth instead of the woods.
