I know a lot of people slag this off, but I just found it visually intriguing. A house with glass walls, all those gears and runes. The unexplained appearances of all the bizarre ghosts. What happens when a glass panel cuts a person in half…!

Not entirely sure the whole thing really hangs together, plot-wise, but I still found a kernal of an interesting idea, even if it could have been executed (hah!) with a little more care to everything apart from the look.

Saw this in the theatre when I was eight months pregnant. Lots of loud noises so there was lots of jumping going on inside of me. Wonder if this is why my child always gravitates to the horror movies.

Still, despite the loud noises, just as poorly plotted and acted as it was before. All about the shock factor which is probably a positive for the horror genre but a negative for me as a viewer.

I am a horror movie nut – the scarier the better. I really enjoyed this one.
