WORTH CONSUMING!
Maybe it was the drugs, but I found this a lot more enjoyable than I expected – surely, I thought, it’ll be over-saccharine, xmas bleugh with that utterly annoying Will Ferrell?
Well, not so much! It’s definitely a bit of seasonal fluff, but it was sweet and well-considered, if completely predictable. Even Ferrell is fine, as his shouty-comedy is in fitting with the character, and when he’s shouting out child-like Christmas slogans it’s hard to be too offended!
