These books are basically the adult equivalent of The Babysitters’ Club, but I found this one even more shallow than Weiner’s two previous books, probably because there are four main characters rather than just one or two. I hate the litany of chick books that proclaim that all women are primarily interested in catching a man and spawning offspring, and her previous books were less focused on that theme than this one is.
