Still an absolute delight from start to finish.

I Hadn’t seen it in a very long time. It was funny to me because I saw some things in the movie completely differently than I remembered. For example, I never realized what a deadbeat the Mom was. haha. When I was little I thought she was delightfully dingy, but now I see she barely realizes she has kids! I also didn’t remember Mary being quite so in love with herself. Even her carousel horse had it’s nose in the air. Also, was Bert a hobo? As a child I thought he was a charming jack of all trades, but now I found myself wondering if he was sleeping on a park bench with an empty stomach.

Still a very enjoyable movie after all this time.

Fab film, we hired it from amazon.co.uk for my 3 year old daughter & she loves it too :) Will have to buy it at some stage.
