excellent book — 4 years ago
I really enjoyed this book. It gave me a no excuses kick in ass motivation to start addressing the many issues in my life. Just after the first few chapters I started gettin my act together and already I can see some of the basic ideas in this book really make sense. Like all these books, 50% of the knowledge is stuff you knew already really, we just need to hear it again, and it basically needs to said in a way to motivate and promote action, NOW. Having done just a few steps makes the book on the whole refreshing and worth it. Theres a big piece in this book about home buying etc, that I sorta glazed over on, i got the jist though. A good listen too, nice audio book.
