It’s geared directly to people who don’t have a lot of nature to seek out. The ideas are also adapted so as not to freak out your neighbors. The visualizations for journeying and meditations. It is a far-ranging survey of shamanism as well. It incorporates everything from Native American beliefs to South American to Russian. Highly reccomended reading.
