I was watching this thinking, “Wow! This looks amazing for a film from the 70s.”

At which point I came to my computer to see what was up with that. Turns out it’s been completely changed.

I feel kind of duped. None of the packaging mentions anything about this, which just seems dishonest.

The DVD is still in my player, but I haven’t finished it yet. I’m annoyed.

So was LUH killed? i knew they would stop chasing him because the budget would run out, but why end the film there? What happened to THX after he escapes? Did he survive, did he die, why didn’t he go back into the city (cuz they weren’t going to arrest him now, their budget had been exhausted)? i was expecting a lot more than annoying friends and confusing scenes like when he first gets to prison. Well made from a cinematographic standpoint, but the storyline was NOT there. i doubt i’ll ever view it again.
