As usual, there’s a lot of sex and high faerie court intrigue in the latest Merry Gentry novel. I dislike the cliffhanger ending, but other than that I enjoyed the rest of the book. I especially like the descriptions of more of the Unseelie sidhe; as well as the new powers the sidhe and Meredith are gaining.

Great sex scenes with a plot strung around them. Cliffhanger ending. Fun read, but only if you’ve read the others in the series.

Adequate addition to the series. Introduces us to more of the guards and more magic. More of an interim book.
