This book is about residents of and people involved with a fictional town rather near where I grew up. Singleton’s descriptions of the area and people who inhabit it were so dead on, it was almost creepy. Though it wouldn’t be as meaningful to someone from outside the area, I think it’s still a good read and would recommend it for a lazy afternoon.
