This season was so dramatic and awful, but it has a lot of my favorite moments and episodes. I was so caught up in the Russell/Claire relationship because I love Ben Foster and it was just weird. Every character went through something insanely dramatic and the show just kept me on the edge of my seat.

“That’s My Dog” has been one of the scariest episodes in all of my consuming of Six Feet Under. Watching David close his eyes knowing his possible fate was unbearable.

This season has moments of inspiration like its predecessors. But it also meanders aimlessly. And oh god, that finale.

I watched Season 4’s Episodes 1 and 2 and it reminded me how much I liked this show. Sure it’s sad, but this is a drama not a comedy. I can’t wait to get the next disc from Netflix.

I liked the first two seasons, but the third season got lost in death and dispair. There was little humor left. I watched the first episode of the fourth season last night and it was more of the same from the third season. I don’t need to watch anymore of this. It’s too depressing and upsetting.
