What happens when you take The Blair Witch Project and set it in the middle of the ocean? This movie!

That being said, Open Water was interesting at first, somewhat scary (mainly because I dislike deep water), and then got uninteresting. Nothing much happens other than sharks, and if you want to see sharks then watch Jaws. The acting is fairly mundane, so much so that it feels kind of like an amateur student film.

See it once if you’re still interested.
