we rented this after watching the series in its entirety. i went into it understanding that this took place ‘in between episodes’.

i thought this was boring as hell (past a certain point).

this series was more my bf’s thing, although i watched and enjoyed the show. even he was bored with this movie.

it felt like they just took an episode and lengthened it into torturous pacing.

ah well, i like his other stuff, i’m working through samurai champloo now.

I’m constantly suprised at how new concepts such as nano-technology seem to be readily accepted and developed upon in anime.
