I saw this movie in my U.S. History class. I was so excited to see it, but when I saw it I was kind of dissapointed. The movie spent more time talking about Oscar’s life than it showed life at the concentration camps, which is what most people want to learn about. And the black and white made the movie a little harder to watch (excluding the little girl in the pink coat). However, the last couple of scenes in the movie made me feel that it was an okay movie. It left me with an overpowering feeling. It just took a LOT to get that message. I’m considering watching it a second time however and all at once, to see if I feel differently of it.

first time i saw it i was 9.
it was ‘94 and i still love this movie.
i’ve watched it many many times & i’m watching it minimum once a year and .. i still love it :)
