Not yet convinced — 2 years ago

I’m at the end of the first section and I’m not yet convinced. The writing style is good but so far the content has been an uneasy description of ‘the Microsoft way’.

I’ve been involved in both software product development and IT solution development and the book has so far focused on one way to develop software products. It’s not necessarily the best way and it doesn’t necessarily fit when it comes to solution development.

WORTH CONSUMING!

A great book that is filled with useful and practical information about how to manage projects. Well-written with an easygoing style and a bit of humour, I’ll keep this next to my desk for frequent reference.
