WORTH CONSUMING!
Amazing film which dares to explore the life of a pedophile, without portraying him as a monster. Kevin Bacon does an admirable job of generating sympathy and hope for a character who has done something unforgivable. The narrative stays with him and makes no apologies; it simply shows how difficult life can be, and how difficult true forgiveness is. While advocating hope and forgiveness, the film never becomes sentimental or simplistic.
