I made sure I read Twilight and New Moon before I saw this movie. I liked the book better than the movie. Another classic example of books are mostly always better than the movie. The girl who played Bella was…for lack of a better word, monotone and boring but I endured the movie. I knew the movie was probably bad from the clips and trailers but watching it just proved that it was just as horrible and to think there’s 3 more movies for this I can’t wait for it to be over. Robert Pattinson is gorgeous though.

I only marked this as ‘worth consuming’ because Robert Pattison looked gorgeous. Evidently the book is/was better but the film is alright too. I’m not a huge fan of the Twilight series. It idealises love a little too much for my liking.
I thought it was amazing. I’m not saying that because I’m some 14 year old girl who is absolutely in love with Edward Cullen. I’m 18, and I adored it. I thought it was quite close to the book, had quite a lot of great jokes, that kept me laughing through the movie, and loved it enough that I hope to see it again this week.

Real quick…
1. Waaaaaaay too rushed and choppy.
2. All the funny moments that show the relationship building between Bella and Edward were missing.
3. Bella was BORING.
4. Edward was not scary or charming enough.
5. Bad acting. =/
Other than that, it wasn’t too bad.
